Structure Ceramic Ball Valves is very excellent with low-cost, hi-economy, long life (2~4 times of Titanium Valves), extra resistance to corrosion, high temperature, wear and erosion etc.. It can be widely used in transportation systems of various acid, alkaline or saline gases, solutions, high temperature steams and slurries, in the lines of oil industry, metallurgy, papermaking,power station, refinery, etc.. Structure Ceramic Ball Valves is an ideal substitute in strong corrosion situation for the Titanium and Monel Valves. There are four types of driving performances, manual, pneumatic, pneumatic-spring return and electric. Various special valves can be designed on demand. Furthermore, various high wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high temperature-resistant ceramic components, hydraulic pressure sealing components can be provided as well.

◆Strong wear and corrosion resistance
The valve ball,valve seatand inner lining are all made of hi-performance structural ceramics with hardness of HRA87 above.So Structure Ceramics Ball Valves can be taken the strong impact of hi-speed liquid and hard grain,with excellent performance on wear and corrosion resistance.
◆Strong corrosion resistance
The valve ball, valve seat and the inner lining are all made of hi-performance Structure Ceramics. It is examined by Metal Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, that the Structure Ceramics have excellent performance on wear-resistant, except glass-liquor and hydrofluoric acid.
◆Long service life
It has passed the tests successfully by Hefei Universal Machinery Institute of Machinery Engineering Ministry. The static pressure test showed no leakage after 10000 times opening-closing.
◆Wide-range application
Be applicable to various acid, alkaline or saline solutions, gaseous media, etc.. Hard sealing ball valves also used in media with particles and fibers.
